“My son is 9 and has been receiving OT for 7 years. We have crossed paths with a few different therapist who we thought did a good job with our son. We knew “good” was not enough so we never stopped looking for the next best. When we met Allie she gave 110% from day one. My son has made great strides and accomplishments, I have dozens of stories I can write about. The most recent, which I never thought he could do- my son can ride a bike on his own and he loves everything about it!! From the start, she welcomed my son as if he were her own. She has always been humble and willing to collaborate with our school team, private ABA, private speech and the entire family. She never turns down an opportunity to incorporate a new perspective. She is always willing to help us understand the “why” during her session so we as parents and siblings can better understand and grow with her as she pushes my son to next levels. Sometimes when you are with a therapist for a long time, they can get comfortable and the creativity drops, but when you have an exceptional therapist that is not the case. Over the 6 years we have been working together, she keeps raising the bar to do better for both herself and my son- the efforts do not go unnoticed.
